URE Decisions

The Company announces that the President of the URE approved on January 15, 2024 Tariff Amendment No. 2 No. 1 for trading in high-methane natural gas. In accordance with the provision of Article 47 (4) of the Act of April 10, 1997. – Energy Law, the Company introduces Amendment No. 2 to Tariff No. 1 for use as of February 1, 2024.

In settlements with customers of gaseous fuels referred to in Article 62b paragraph 1 item 2 of the Energy Law, in the period from January 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024, the Company in the area of trading in gaseous fuels shall apply – the maximum price of gaseous fuels of PLN 200.17/MWh and the subscription rate in effect on January 1, 2022. – in connection with the Act of December 15, 2022 on special protection of certain consumers of gaseous fuels in 2023 and in 2024 in connection with the gas market situation (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2687, as amended).
