Information on the introduction of Tariff No. 2 for trading in high-methane natural gas
The Company hereby announces that on April 25, 2024, the President of the Energy Regulatory Office approved Tariff No. 2 for trading in high-methane natural gas. Pursuant to the provisions of Article 47(4) of the Energy Law Act of April 10, 1997, the Company introduces Tariff No. 2 for application from June 9, 2024.
In settlements with gas fuel customers referred to in Article 62b(1)(2) of the Energy Law, in the period from January 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024, the Company shall apply, in the field of gas fuel trading, a maximum gas fuel price of PLN 200.17/MWh and the subscription rate in force on January 1, 2022. – in connection with the Act of December 15, 2022 on special protection for certain gas fuel consumers in 2023 and 2024 in connection with the situation on the gas market (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2687, as amended)
The Company informs that from July 1, 2024, it will apply the gas prices specified in the approved Tariff No. 2 for trading in high-methane natural gas in its settlements with customers.
Legal basis: Article 3 of the Act of December 12, 2022, on special protection for certain gas fuel customers in 2023 and 2024 in connection with the situation on the gas market (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 303, consolidated text), Article 5(6) of the Act of April 10, 1997 – Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266 (consolidated text)).
Information on the introduction of Tariff No. 3 for trading in high-methane natural gas
Respect Energy Fuels Sp. z o.o. hereby announces that, by decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office of July 14, 2025 (ref. no.: DRG.DRG-4.4212.5.2025.DK), Tariff No. 3 for trading in high-methane natural gas has been approved.
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 47(4) of the Act of April 10, 1997 – Energy Law, Tariff No. 3 shall enter into force on August 1, 2025, and shall remain in force until July 31, 2026.
The tariff was developed in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular: Articles 44 and 45 of the Energy Law, the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of March 15, 2018, on detailed rules for the formation and calculation of tariffs and settlements in gas fuel trading (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 280, as amended).
Prices and rates have been calculated on the basis of justified costs of conducting licensed activities and are in accordance with the rules for setting tariffs specified in the provisions of the Energy Law.
