Respect Energy Fuels Sp. z o.o. rebrands to Somosierra Commodities Sp. z o.o.

What does this mean for our clients and business partners?

The change of company name, logo, and registered address
is purely administrative and has no impact on our legal identity

The following remain unchanged:

  • Terms and conditions of existing contracts / agreements
  • Invoices issued prior to the name change
  • Invoices issued prior to the name change
  • Bank account numbers
  • Tax Identification Number (NIP)
  • National Court Register number (KRS)
  • National Official Register of Business Entities number (REGON)

All rights and obligations under existing agreements remain in full
force and effect.

As of August 31, 2026 only the new company name i.e. Somosierra Commodities Sp. z o.o. will be used in documents, correspondence, invoices, and financial settlements.

 

No, it is not necessary. The change of company name does not affect existing agreements. All current contracts remain valid and do not require any new documentation.

The change is purely formal and applies only to the Company’s name, logo, and address. The Company retains the exact same legal identity, including its Tax ID (NIP), National Court Register number (KRS), and REGON. Furthermore, the terms and conditions
of existing contracts remain unchanged.

Billing processes remain exactly the same. Our bank account details, payment schedules, and payment methods are unaffected.
